Run a successful internet cafe using linux

Is it possible to run a successful internet cafe using linux?

last year, many shops have been raided by the NBI because of pirated microsoft. but then they're back to doing the same stuff.it doesn't really matter though.
they've tried linux for a while but the students in particular couldn't easily use it since they're more at ease with microsoft word. but if it's for internet browsing alone i think it would be ok for people to use it.
