How do i configure a second hard disk with linux on it?
Make sure that the drive with Linux is the first bootable drive. Under the GRUB menu list, you need an entry like
title Windows XP
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
The (hd1,0) means "Second hard drive, first partition.
